Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LexiLevel (the "app"), developed by Zynex Creatives ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using LexiLevel, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use LexiLevel on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2. Accounts and sign-in

LexiLevel works fully offline without any account. You may optionally sign in with Google Play Games to back up and restore your progress across devices. That sign-in is provided and governed by Google; you're responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app except where applicable law explicitly permits it.
• Don't use the app in any way that's unlawful, or that interferes with its normal operation for other users.
• Don't attempt to manipulate achievements, levels, or leaderboards through cheating or exploits.

4. Content and ownership

The app, including its design, illustrations, and vocabulary content, is owned by Zynex Creatives and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Words, notes, and progress you create while using the app are yours; they're stored on your device (and, if you opt in, backed up to your Google Play Games account).

5. Third-party services

LexiLevel uses Google Play Games Services for optional sign-in and cloud backup. Your use of that feature is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

LexiLevel is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynex Creatives is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, LexiLevel.

8. Changes to the app or these Terms

We may update LexiLevel or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.

9. Termination

You may stop using LexiLevel at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or restrict access to Google Play Games–backed features if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
